this is a customized recipe that i created for food network to showcase a no-knead bread. no knead breads are becoming very popular. my recipe was then sent out for testing to several of the expert testers. they also tested with store-bought gluten-free bread, some with gluten, some without. the no-knead recipe is a custom recipe that i developed for food network, which results in a very unique bread. every thing that the experts found fault in was pinpointed in my recipe, and you will be amazed at the results you are getting. every tester raved that i should do a book on the recipe. you can see a close-up of my recipes in action at the bottom of this page. i created some videos showing the making of the bread, and you can view them at the bottom of this page as well.
